Bio
I come from theater, both parents: Broadway, Hollywood
I come from art: grandfather illustrator, aunt art editor
I made music: French Horn, Hudson Valley Symphony
I played sports: 3rd place, National Womens Tennis Doubles, 2009
I made documentaries: Blue Ribbon American Film Fest, “Dairy Queens”
I wrote poetry: Academy of American Poets Award, 1967
I escaped over and over into making the next thing.
Then, in 2018, I fell and got frozen shoulders, one at a time.
I decided to paint with the other arm to work through the pain.
Now I go to my studio every day watching for the next thing.
